Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed on the website are subject to acceptance by Geometry Designs. Geometry Designs reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including after payment has been received.

In the event an order is cancelled by Geometry Designs, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.

Returns & Refunds

All purchases are final and subject to Geometry Designs’ Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not offered except in cases of verified manufacturing defects as expressly stated.

Shipping & Risk

Risk of loss and damage during transit shall be governed by Geometry Designs’ Shipping & Delivery Policy. Geometry Designs is not responsible for damage caused by third-party logistics providers appointed by vendors.

Product Representation

Product images, finishes, colors, and textures displayed online may vary due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of products. Minor variations shall not be considered defects.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
