Refund policy

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Due to the customised and made-to-order nature of our products, Geometry Designs follows a strict no-return and no-refund policy, subject to the terms below.

No Returns / No Refunds

  • Geometry Designs does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds

  • This applies to:

    • Furniture

    • Mirrors

    • Carpets

    • Chandeliers

    • Décor items

    • In-stock items

    • Customised or made-to-order products

    • Urgent / expedited orders

Order Cancellations by Customers

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production has commenced

  • Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded

  • Urgent orders are non-cancellable under all circumstances

Order Non-Fulfilment by Geometry Designs

In rare circumstances where Geometry Designs is unable to fulfil an order due to factors including but not limited to material unavailability, production constraints, quality standards, vendor limitations, pricing discrepancies, or logistical challenges, Geometry Designs reserves the right to cancel the order.

In such cases:

  • The customer will be notified accordingly

  • A full refund of the order amount paid will be processed

  • Refunds will be initiated within 10 business days from the date of cancellation

This right to cancel and refund rests solely with Geometry Designs and shall not be construed as an obligation to accept cancellations or refund requests initiated by customers.

Exception — Manufacturing Defects

In the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect:

  • Geometry Designs will attempt repair first

  • If repair is not feasible, a replacement will be arranged

Refunds are not offered, including in cases of manufacturing defects.

Damage Claims

  • Transit or delivery-related damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • A mandatory unboxing video and photographs are required

  • Claims raised after this period will not be entertained
